Warning: New eBay Email Scam

Well, new to me anyway. Steve just sent me a copy of this email he received. It's a Phish
to try to get his credit card information. Be careful my friends!

I had a fake "second chance" offer once. It was really authentic looking and everything. I forget what tipped me off that it was fake. If it doesnt show up in "my messages" on the ebay site, then it's a fraud.
